Return Policy

In case of damaged products or incorrect products; we offer free international returns within the 14 days from the time customer receive the products. You should send return request to support@transfashions.com mentioning your order no. and the reason for return and we will provide you free return label to send the product back in our warehouse.

Upon checking the product (i.e. it is not open or used) we will either refund the full order amount (including shipping cost) or dispatch the new product; depending upon the customer’s decision.

For international customers we provide free return label of FEDEX through which cutomers can drop the parcel to their nearest FEDEX point and upon receiving the parcel back in our warehouse we will refund the full order amount. 

However, if the return is due to the following reasons “Change of mind”, “No more required” or “Mistakenly placed the order” then in all these scenarios we will charge the return shipping cost and the remaining amount will refund back to your respective payment method. For example if you use Paypal as payment method at the time of placing the order then we will refund the order amount bacck to your Paypal account and same is the case with other payment options.

If the customer wants to replace the product or want the new product, then upon confirmation of availability of stock from our warehouse we will arrange a new parcel and after dispatching the new product; will share the revised tracking no. with the customer.

If the customer demands the refund of payment instead of replacement of new product then the full order payment including shipping cost will return to his/her payment method such as Paypal, Credit Card etc.
