Carrier company
We are using FEDEX and GLS for shipment. Transfashions delivers its products across the world using these two shipping companies services. At the time of delivery, please observe the shipping box and, if you see any damage then please write down the kind of damage on the voucher that you sign.
Delivery Time
We use FEDEX and GLS shipping companies in order to provide our customers fast and reliable shipping all over the world. For further details please check the above mentioned table. Please note factors like [International Holidays, Local Holidays as well as weather conditions (such as flood, earthquake etc.) of the destination country] may effect the delivery time of parcels. Also for for international shipments; the custom clearnace sometimes takes longer than the expected clearnace time which can cause further delays.
It may also be noted that our working hours are from GMT 10:00 AM to GMT 18:00 PM. Therefore, orders placed after this time will be considered from the next working day.
Payment & Address Verification
We reserve the right to verify both your billing address as well as shipping address  and for that we may ask for certain documents such as Scan copy of credit card (both front and back side), Last month credit card statement, Driving License, Passport etc.
Due to this verification process an order may delayed for a certain time period.
P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses since we always use registered packages which do not support P.O. Boxes or Military addresses.
Tracking Number
Once the customer place the order for certain item/items; we will send a tracking number after handing over the packet to shipping company; so that you can also track the movement of your shipment.
Note: There are chances that the tracking number provides to you with the delay of up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify the billing and/or shipping informations.
VAT Taxes and Duties
All products displayed on web store include VAT 21%. Transfashions will not be responsible for any taxes or duties which customers will have to pay upon receiving the shipment; as duties and taxes are subject to country customs. Therefore payment for such purpose is obligatory to release the shipment from the custom. Since we do not have control over these charges therefore we will not be able to advise you about these charges.
It is your responsibility to check with your local customs agent for any charges that might impose on the products you order from us. In case of refund, taxes and duties charged are non-refundable.
